Dr. Marnie Ginsberg is the Program Developer for the Targeted Reading Intervention and is an Investigator at the Frank Porter Child Development Institute. After teaching in the public schools, she established a reading tutoring/consulting business and also led professional development workshops in literacy. During her doctoral studies in education at the University of North Carolina, she taught undergraduate and graduate courses in literacy as an instructor and teaching assistant. Her dissertation research was on the ecological contexts of a struggling learner's reading growth.
