Iris Padgett is the Project and Assessment Coordinator for the Targeted Reading Intervention: A Rural Early Literacy Iniative within the National Research Center on Rural Education Support. She received her B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005.
